SILPRO is pleased to announce the introduction of a line of extended life masonry, stone and concrete sealers that conform to the new regulations established for Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) throughout the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic states. The new regulations set under the guidance of the Ozone Transport Commission, require all waterproofing masonry and concrete sealers to contain less than 400 grams VOC per liter.
MASONRY LUSTA PLUS™ is a clear, acrylic solvent-based fast drying sealer that protects and beautifies the natural brilliance of stone, brick and masonry. This premium product seals mortar and grout against water and stains. Similar to MASONRY LUSTA™, which will be discontinued due to regulatory considerations, MASONRY LUSTA PLUS™ is available in either gloss or matte finish.
SILOCKS PLUS™ is a clear, solvent-based deep penetrating siloxane/silane breathable water repellant treatment for all types of concrete and masonry surfaces. The improved extended life formulation will not discolor surfaces and replaces SILOCKS VOC™, which will be discontinued per the new VOC regulations.
