Ayer, MA- USA (August 19, 2016)- SILPRO, a leading manufacturer of premium high-performance floor preparation, masonry and concrete repair products announced today that concrete repair industry veteran Derek Hardy will join the company as a Regional Sales Manager starting September 12, 2016. Based out of SILPRO’s manufacturing facility in Kent, WA, he will be responsible for servicing key customers and growing SILPRO’s business throughout the Pacific Northwest.
Mr. Hardy has more than 23 years of sales experience with construction materials, most recently with concrete strengthening, repair and restoration products. A recognized leader in his field, Derek brings exceptional sales leadership skills to SILPRO, as well as a proven ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with distributors, contractors, architects and other key decision makers. He has an extensive background in technical sales within the concrete repair industry combined with strong hands-on expertise.

Among Derek’s responsibilities will be the sale and marketing of some of SILPRO’s leading products, including TDQ Thin, Deep, QuickTM, a high quality multi-purpose patching mortar for interior and exterior applications where fast set times and high strength repairs are important. He will be a point of contact for contractors in the Region, and will help to build upon SILPRO’s already extensive network of contractors and distributors in the Pacific Northwest.
A graduate of the University of California Santa Barbara, Derek lives in Olympia, WA, with his wife and their two children.
