Johnna Lambert has been promoted to Production Supervisor. In this capacity, Ms. Lambert is
responsible for overseeing SILPRO’s manufacturing, quality control and order fulfillment
operations in its manufacturing plant located in Kent, WA. She will play a key supporting role in
the introduction of new products and the continued expansion of the company into new
geographical markets throughout the Pacific Northwest and beyond.
Johnna Lambert is in her second year as a member of the SILPRO family. Ms. Lambert joined
SILPRO with over sixteen years of operational experience in manufacturing companies. Most
recently, she served as a Production Planner with a $50M construction products related
company. Prior to this experience, Johnna held a variety of operations and accounting
management positions with several prominent Seattle, WA area manufacturing companies.
Ms. Lambert is a graduate of Highline Community College.
